Arts Leadership

Being a leader…

While developing my senior thesis production with my peers, I took on the bulk of the administrative and organizational tasks required. For those who knew me, it didn’t come to their surprise that I quickly found a love for this kind of work. Since then, I have been going out of my way to find these administrative roles and grow my skills. I believe that having great leaders in these roles is going to be crucial for the longevity of the arts. Frankly, the future is uncertain with the constant development of new technologies and the shifting of public opinion. Leadership that listens and acts is going to be crucial for the arts’ success, and I am ready to serve as part of that wave of leadership.
